Meet the Baker

Hi! I’m Athena, I’m not a baker by passion - I actually fell in love with the decorating part first. I’m a completely self-taught baker and I love getting creative and trying new things, even if I’ve never done it before - I’m always up for the challenge, lol. I grew up watching my mom bake and I’m sure that influenced me more than I realized. She’s passed now but baking still feels like a special connection to her.

I really enjoy working with my community and I’m grateful to be able to sell my baked goods locally at a deli here in town.

Being a cookie maker is humbling because it connects you to others through shared joy- I do a little happy dance. I owe it all to God and the people who support me.
